I think the vinyl would be difficult, especially on the bigger decals. I don't know if the glue they use is water soluable.. If I get a chance today, I try wetting the surface and putting a sticker on it and see if it is positionable... Kinda like window tinting...

Vinyl is the way to go. You don't use water just spray on some windex and then apply the vinyl. Once you get it where you want it you use a squeegee to remove the windex under it and to remove air bubbles. You use windex because of it's alcohol content. It dries alot quicker so you can remove the top film easier. The decals on the Frosty machine were all vinly. I posted a pic to show as an example. Even the white on the side is a vinyl decal. It turned out great.

I honestly dont remember the size. Contact Curtis he is who makes them. They looked great. I have honestly never seen a better job on vinyl. All of the stuff he sold me was great.

Without rereading the whole thread... A guy I work with just got setup with a screen printing machine. He says he can do vinyl decals currently 11"x15" Vector based printing. I don't know a whole lot about it or what he is capable of, but if you think this may work, I can get more details. I am actually trying to get him to join the site here. He is a friend that I just fixed up a V63 for.

Vector is how I draw them... see if he can take a Illustrator 7 file or a freehand 8 file and I'll send him a cap...Lets see what he can do.
