Done through 13!!!  I will make sure I complete tomorrow while I'm at work.  I think I will qualify as an Army Print NCO after this. (No that is not an actual job)   '<img'>

What type of scanner are you using?

I know that there is a face-up book scanner on the market that will
scan pages and evens out any page scanned. (EX curved page shows it flat)
Beats the heck out of a desktop computer scanner.

I think Minolta has some. Ebay has them all the time. Not a large selection
but a few.

My states Archive and History uses one for research projects.

Here in my office I have HP 9100C Digital Sender.  It will even do color.  I've been told the cost is around $4,000.  Yes, I would like to thank the tax payers, which includes me for this awesome machine. '<img'>

Just a quick update to show the stack now that I have finished the last section.  I will now organize and repost what is in each of the criss cross stacks.  This is how I scanned it into the individual .pdf files.   '<img'>

Scanning of the MANUSCRIPT is complete!!!  ':drinkers:'

1289 pages total.  It will be $10.00 a section.  This way you don't have to get what you may not need.  I'm just hoping to get close to the $175.00 I have in so my wife won't kill me. (I don't own any of these machines)  If you have already sent a check let me know what it is you would like sent.  Most internet providers now I believe will let up to 10 megs to be sent.  The complete manual came to just about 80 megs.  I have no problem putting any of these or all on a CD and mailing at no extra charge.  Let me know and I will have them coiming through the internet or to a mailbox ASAP.  Money orders or checks but will have to wait until they clear.  I hope this helps a lot of you out and maybe, just maybe, someday I will own one of these classic machines!

If someone wanted a copy of each would you discount? I am sure some of those sections are rather small, and I really don't need them all but if you are sending some you might as well send them all. Do you take paypal?
