I called a guy about a machine and he said he had a 1946 Vendo bottle cooler that weighed a ton and carried 211 bottles.  For a second, I thought he might be referring to a Vendo Decapper...well, not quite...it is another Vendolator 10 like Rogerz had picked up a few weeks ago as well.  I took pics for documentation to share...weird thing is that the fan is on the top of the machine!  A more disturbing thing is that this guy had a gas chamber chair from San Quentin!  Enjoy the pics.

Having trouble posting pics..

Did that one have the compressor on the bottom still?
The one I found had no compressor, but the cooling coils and fan were still on top. The lines had been cut.

nice machine and great find. One question though? How the #### do you expain the gas chamber chair to the wife? I think my wife would turn me into the nut house if I brought something like this home.

I dunno Joey, repaint it in the deep Pepsi Blue, rechrome the buckles... ':p'

I think I'll keep saving for an antique barber chair instead..
