I was thinking that I would like to get a squaretop.  So, if you had to pick one, which one would you pick? And why?

Coke Vendo 63A...Still red and white...light up panel, small size, easy-to-use multi-vend machine.
That being said the Vendo / VMC 56 transition machines of 1959-60(?) are cool too.  They are square top, small and still have the mechanical vending unit and large coin door...multi-vend as well.

I'm a sucker for the Cavalier 55's, single vend or dual, doesn't matter!

Realistically speaking, if you want a nice compact machine that'll vend multiple bottle sizes and is easy to work on, I'd have to agree with Vendobaldtops on the Vendo 63A.

Hello

V-63 -V56   really the same machine

I really like my V-126 because it gives me alot of options (14 Rows) for "Product"

I just sold my VMC56 for $675 so the local price to people with money, no time or no ability to restore a machine to working condition is going up.

I love the early Cavalier 64's. They are red and white and no woodgrain. I also love the Cavalier 55's. I am picking up one of each this Sunday that I will be restoring and selling. Let me know if you might be interested in one of them. The one I don't sell I will be keeping and I like them both equally.

Myself I like the Cavalier 64's  and Vendo 63's
there both a good starter machine for some one
looking to get there first machine.
They both are easy to work on, there are part's
out there for both of them, They are both multi
vending machines. Wood grain or not, The Vendo 63
and the Cavalier 64 are both great machine's.

I think I like the V63 better than the USS-64 so far. I'll be bring home the Cav tonite, so maybe it'll grow on my shortly, but for now the 63 is nicer to me. My Cavalier is also a 1981, so it doesn't have the older look to it.
