Curtis,

Great to see that you will still be offering your Stoner expertise to the outside world!

As before, will you still be selling restoration parts for Stoner's? I have a junior that needs a few things and when I found out a couple of months ago that things were coming un-glued over there, I started to get worried!

Good luck on all of your future endeavors and we look forward to seeing more pic's of your works and any stories you'd like to share!

Too bad we do not all live in the same town - We need to all get together in about 2 years and have a show - I am sure I can get my town to block off all the streets around here - We do it for the Town festival once a year which I donate the Soda and water to. - I have the building in the middle of town as well. It would be cool if we could get something going sometime - Do a show with Free Booth Rent Etc to see how many collectors will show up. It would probably be better to combine it with as many collectables as possible to start - rather than just Coin Op.

Did any one make it to the Hershey Show for Coin Op - or the Chicago Show - How was it and what would you have done to improve it. I have never been to the Chicago Show. I have heard good things and bad things. I have been to a Coca Cola Collector's show in Greensboro S.C. - It was at a Big hotel and convention center. It was OK - Too much reproduction for me.

Just found out today that We get to do the official 2006 Dukes Fest signed soda machine - We are going to do the General Lee Soda machines this year.  Last year when We did it - there was 40,000 people through the gate on Saturday. ''

This is a Cool box we just did - It is a Cheerwine box - Cheerwine is a Local Soda in our area.

Spoke with Curtis today - He say's His phone is ringing off the hook. I posted Curtis's snack machine restorations on my webpage for free to help him out. - He is currently working on descriptions which he will send me.  Bitw will most likely find themself a new restorer and stay afloat in 2006. Curtis is the best I have ever seen at what he does. He will be an impossible talent for bitw to replace. I am glad to have him as a friend rather than a competitor.

ps. I have got to send BC some love,
Here is a photo of Brian Charleton - He does not know I am posting this.
Brian Charlton is also the man
