Cavalier css-8-64 vend gates always unlocked.

Hi,

The vend gates (I don't know what the right term is - those white metal things that hold the bottles right behind the bottle vend door) are all "unlocked" all the time, regardless of whether the machine has power. It was this way when I got it. I want to know if there is a way to "relock" them so they won't open until credited. I want to test the coin mech I got with it (CoinCo S75-9800A). Also, If were ever to want to sell the machine, it would be nice to know that the vending system works properly, in case a potential buyer insists that it does.
