Well I have finally done it! I bought the RC 56 squaretop off Josh for parts for a 56 rountop I picked up a few months ago. I finally made it over the weekend to my buddies house to pick it up and fell in love. So I had to buy this for parts

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws....IT&rd=1

nice large door coin mech, mechanical stack, and other goodies like the cooling unit etc. im going to clean up the RC machine and use it as is for now and in the future restore it to either original paint scheme or yellow with the red letters.

Happy to hear the RC 56 will stay in one piece. Looking forward to the RT coming back to life!

Hey Joey,
I think you'll like the square tops, some of them are pretty neat, and they seem to grow on ya.
I'm up to ten machines.

With the high prices on the round tops the square tops are really becoming quite popular. Just a coupleof years ago I passed them up for for 25-50 bucks. Look where the prices are now. '<img'>

Very true, I doubt the new machines will ever have any "I want one" appeal. Too big and boring. Mr. Coates (ebay sleepwalker) is buying up everything vintage. Wise move.
