That is an awesome game room.  I love the checkered floor and all of your machines look brand new. Excellent excellent work.  '<img'>

Thanks everyone for your great comments.

Makes it all worthwhile. I am working hard to try and find space (and money of course) for another Soda Machine. After all someone once told me that you can't be a collector if you only have one of something.

Only a couple of days now and I'll be on the same side of the world as most of you. Have been following the weather reports here ad it would appear that there is a little storm brewing up on the SC coast that could make our trip more memorable that we first expected.

The home owner with whom we are house exchanging says there is nothing to worry about, just a drop of rain and a bit of wind. Hope so.

Dave / G.B,
Sorry this took so long but here is a picture of the "flasher" that one can pick up at any ACE hardware.  If they are out of stock or you find one that doesn't carry them, the ACE SKU number is 30906 and they are generally located on aisle 21.  Dave, don't waste your time looking for them, just enjoy your stay in the Big Country!!  I picked up two of these for you and (hopefully) they'll be waiting for you when you return home!
For anyone interested, here's what they look like.

Hi Eric

Thanks very much. Have tried to reply to your e-mail a few times but it keeps bounciing back.

I am currently fostering relationships with our  Helicopter Pilots at work so when you do get over here a ride over central london could be in order. Its the only thing allowed anywhere near the major sites.

Yeah, bring him some vintage vending machines, because he has found that they are nearly non-existant over there.

Hello Matt

I live about 30 miles north of London. Where are you going and what gare you doing??

There is a big (for English standards) Jukebox show at Kempton Race Ground very close to London on, I think the 20th.

juke show

If you are there then its worth a visit. IIf Just to laugh at the prices we pay for our stuff. There will be some dealers from Holand over who are very heavy into Americana, including Soda.

Let me know what your plans are??? Thanks for the offer of bringing things over. I have a candy machine and now a 1950's telephone that I'm "shlacking" back and the Mrs has definately put her foot down. Did try and ask for the Lifesavers that The good Dr found but she said no. When I asked about a wooden crate full of 6oz bottles wieghing in at a hefty 35lb she threatened divorce.
