I've just installed this on a C-72. I want to set it up for 10 cents. The instructions on the side of the Coinco say that, for setting amounts 20 cents or less, see additional instruction on the carton. I'm sure by now you've guessed: I have no original carton. Anyone??

I'm not sure if this helps, but I have a S75-9800 manual.  Yell if you would like me to post it.

Could it have to do with accepting quarters if the change tubes are empty?  This is the only thing that I could see in the 9800 manual that had to do with under 25 cent setting.
Again, I'm not sure how close this is to your mech.

Thanks, fellas. I set it for 10 cents, and it works fine, except that it doesn't give change from quarters. Also, it accepts quarters, but won't vend a bottle if a quarter is used. Any ideas?

First off if you are serious Egoy1, then you'd be better off with coinmech that will handle Philippine coinage, an electronic type such as a Coinco DEX model, that has the electronics that can "learn" what coins are valid by the metal content & mass (size) I'd suggest that you go over to Coincos website & see what they have to offer, just do a google search on "Coinco" or the "MARS" corporation (M.e.i.)

I'd think it would be simple to hook it up in an armored cashbox mounted to the floor of the bus & have a "Correct-Fare" light and /or a Bell .hooked into it to lightup or sound off once the correct fair is given & then I'm assuming it would give the customer their change back, you could also incorporate a electronic counter that would advance once for every correct "fair" accepted & the "Correct Fair" light mentioned above would indicate to the operator (driver), the newcustomer & other passengers that they (the new passenger) did indeed pay the "Fair" & the counter would keep the operator "honest" as he wouldn't be handling the cash. you could even adapt a bill acceptor to accept Philippine Pesos, it's an interesting Idea! go for it!
