Serial numbers

I've found shelves for my Vendo 6-case and it's running great.  It's fairly loud when the compressor is running, but I suppose that's normal for an older machine.  I've been trying to determine it's actual age, and I've found some info on serial numbers, but it doesn't match up with what I have.  

My model number is listed as V-110A, and the serial number is E00475xx.  The info I've found lists Vendo 6-CV numbers from 1000 in 1948 to 21631 in 1956.  The numbers for the V-110  range from 1001 in 1952 to 33955 in 1059.  I've also read that the first 2-3 numbers indicate the year and month of manufacture but that doesn't seem to work here.  Can anyone tell me when my machine was made, or tell me where to look?
