I broke down and purchased a bottle capper and caps from Funtronics. Pretty neat. Here's a visual for everyone that has thought about buying one.
I'll have to speed up the search for the bottles I want. Plus get the Cavalier running by Thanksgiving.

That's a pretty neat set-up, Jas! What are you re-filling with?
I know this topic has been discussed before about pushing with CO2 vs. pouring from a 2 liter bottle.
A buddy of mine is geeting ready to start re-bottling pop using a CO2 set-up. He'd probably be interested in that capper too.

I think I'll just start out refilling from 2 liters over the Thanksgiving holidays. I always have a big crowd then.
Then as the winter sets in
I'll have more time to research other options.
The capper is # 39 pg. 24 comes with 100 caps.
need more caps, caps are #41, and he also has a 3 " siphon tube for large bottles
with a check valve to push out air.

Looks like it's made of plastic. Think it'll hold up?

It's thick heavy plastic. I think it will hold up for the use I have for it.
Really dont plan on bottling but a few times a month.
