Came across this while browsing. I thought it was interesting.

I had similar ideas about this very concept for SMC...
I like the Appraiser Comments; quoted from SMC and too bad the url is wrong. They quoted SMC and referenced the url at: sodamachines.com, not soda-machines.com

I though he's a little high in his appraisal...

I thought he was high too. I noticed the "...quite compact in size..." off of SMC. Didn't notice the reference was wrong.

Well I'd say he's on the high side, the WC126MD is the biggest monster of all the Select-a-Matics,  (it's about 7' tall)
especially this example, the checkerboard vinyl on the top panel section is add-on, & the Coca~Cola lightup is the late style scheme, the front is beat-up, all in all , (in my opinion) a below average condition machine, (and keep in mind I've owned all three models & currently still have a WC102MD in use in my family room) I'd give it a 5 out of 10, & wouldn't offer more than $200.00 for this example.. Clearly, the appraiser is out of his area of expertise since his bio is all about pottery, vases and other forms of ceramics... Go figure...

Jim,
In this convoluted world, those qualifications make him PERFECT for the job!!  Proof that one can incredibly intelligent yet not very knowledgeable! ':p'
