Hi guys,

Just wondering what else everyone collects besides Coke and gumball machines?

I collect 1964 Jim Beam whiskey bottles, the ones shaped in the classic Genie bottle style, (no handle).
Often seen on I dream of Jeannie.
Mine are unpainted though. Mostly purchased on ebay.

Got my eye on a 70's Space Mission pinball machine and a cocktail table Centipede game.

I wish I had the money to collect more but right now it is just machines to sell for $$. I hope that really soon I will be able to stop having to sell all of these machines. I miss my Jacobs and 7UP selectivend that I left at my parents garage. I am started to be addicted to gumball machines. I am going tomorrow and buying another one. This one is a newer northwestern. By the way if anyone wants a newer gumball machine I have someone here that is selling them for $25 to $35 depending on the model.

I started out collecting vintage (1940-50s) neckties when I was in college. Had a job at a mens clothing store and needed to wear a tie everyday. Well “Night Court” was big at the time and Harry Anderson had some killer ties.
Well I started with a couple... ran some ads (of coarse) and ended up with 500+.... well I've now whittled them
down to only about a 100+-... Beautiful designs....
Then there's my Western Electric Telephones from the 1920s -1940s Only have about 12 now.
Have a Barber Chair, 3 Bennett 700 series gas pumps, 12 (mostly A1 progress) picnic coolers,
3 different Soda dispensers, Vinyl Advertising figures, Gumball machines (They are addicting... I
find myself hunting for them as much as the soda machine when funds are low This gumball epidemic
is ALL Bob K fault! '<img'>
Soda uniform patches, bottle caps and a lot of
different Coca-Cola items (i.e. carriers, lots of bottles, uniforms, signs, etc.)
It never ends.... I really enjoy old advertising and being an artist..... I am just hooked!

Eric

Oh yeah... I have a Genie Bottle too...

Wow.....you guys are pretty impressive and very eclectic. It's great to see some diversity in collecting tastes. Other than Soda Pop Machines......Is there anything else!?!?!  '<img'>

I'm starting to become a fan of some of the older Pepsi Advertising, have a bottle carrier and some vintage wax cups. I also just recently got done restoring a Stoner Jr. Candy machine. Coins have always been a passion for me as well. I specialize in Mercury Dimes and American Type Coins.

Other than that....Oh yeah, and I can't forget my latest accquisition, My Vendo Dairy-Vend Ice Cream Machine!!!!! '<img'>
