Joe you dont happen to have the deck compressor and condensor all in one? and working? I  have a 39 with the same evap assy and fully working but had/has a cut line to the condensor so Unless I can get something already working Im prob just gonna switch to r134 and a new compressor since it will be cheaper and I dont even know if the current Comp even works. Thanks Adam

Sorry, no.  All I have is the evap assembly pictured above.  I'm seriously considering a whole new deck from Global Compressors.
