Looks like there are formatting issues. Anybody that wants the Excel or Word file let me know. I'll get this in Access as well but that will be next week.

Great job, Creighton - thanks for all the work.
You should probably switch me from the Northeast chapter to the New England chapter to join Joe Squid. I should have looked more carefully at what was already set up before I jumped in. No need for both chapters. Sorry 'bout that.

Bob it's done. It's just a matter of editing the post. Maybe this topic could be set so anyone can add /change don't know. I'll still keep the Excel/Word files current for anyone that's interested in that.
