I can buy a cavalier cs-96e for $300.00. It is all there and runs good. Has a few scratches and one small dent on the side. The lights all work. It has a coke bottle  decal  on the front, I am not sure if that was added later.
What do you think.
Thanks any help is greatly appretiated,
Lee (newbe)

Round top or square top? I'm assuming square top, right?

Lee, welcome to the group. Great to have you here.
I'm no expert, but have learned a lot here.
What matters most is if it feels worth $300 to you. Value depends a lot on the buyer's taste, needs and perceptions.
That said, I have seen similar machines go for anywhere between $150-$500.
If you like it and it is complete and running, then I would say that $300 is a good enough price.

Glad I could help.
Perhaps offer $250 and if they say "no", then feel just fine about settling for $300.
Again, welcome to the family here and to the addiction of collecting machines that you are about to develop. '<img'>

I joined here and bought my first machine in January. I have since bought 6 or seven machines over the past 5 months!

Just call me Josh Loman's little Jedi apprentice.  '<img'>
