Drove a couple hours for this, my first stoner candy machine.

It’s in fair condition considering its age, I do not see any real rust which is a plus. Lots of dents to straighten though.. the slug rejector is missing, not sure if any other parts are missing just yet. I will need a new piece of glass for the gum wheel, the marquee is in good shape otherwise. I also noticed the arrows on the marquee are shorter than a lot of the ones I’ve seen sold as replacements. I’ll be in the market for the slug rejector and anything else needed to make it ‘right’.

I noticed that it has a teal coin bezel, but brown knobs, I haven’t seen any others like this one. Anyone know if this is the original color scheme? Anyone have color ideas for the repaint?

Pics of the coin mechanism. Looks like it was a later model than the machine, and the coin box was full of pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters.. also 2 other little aluminum brackets that are clearly not original as well as one of the posts for the coin mechanism has been modified. I’m looking to return it to “stock” assuming this had the 25c coin mechanism as I assume that was the reason for the newer mech.

Congrats on the new acquisition!

The model is a Senior w/ Gun & Mint Unit. Your coin mech is missing the Slug Rejector. You'll need to locate a nickels only rejetor to be accurate; however, a nickel/dime rejector would work as well. And yes, your coin mech (coin plate in the manuals) has been replaced and happens to be 2 years newer, but not a big deal as these were commonly swapped out or replaced. Also noteworthy, your machine has three pricing bars but your coin mech is designed for a vendor with two price bars; just make sure none of the "pawls" are open on the upper/top price bar!
Lastly, the reason things on your machine seen mismatched may be due to replacement parts have been installed over the years of service...
Hopefully helpful...
