I recently picked up two Ideal slider 55’s: a Nesbitt’s and a Royal Crown. I think between them I have enough good parts to restore one. Once done I plan to sell it. Based on these brands & the re-sale value, which one would you recommend I restore & which one goes to the junk yard??

I would keep or restore the Nesbitts. I feel that is the hard of the two to find

Keep the Nesbitt’s IMO rarer of the two, although both are very desirable.

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
11 is louder than 10...
"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

Thanks for taking to time to respond. I found a third non-embossed slider locally & am now going to try to restore BOTH the Nesbitt’s & RC Cola. They’re just too cool not to.

Both are worth the investment IMO...glad you could keep them together.  drinking
