Hello All!

Some of you may be aware that I have been producing DVD Video Tutorials for various vending machines over the years. With this said, I will be restoring a Mills 45 and wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has any input that requires explaining, a visual show-how or just something technical related to the Mills 45 that I could incorporate into the tutorial for others to learn from...?

For those not knowing my about my tutorials, I usually cover complete breakdown of all major components, explain functionality of components, any special issues I have found or tips relating to disassembling. I touch on refrigeration and with the 45, I will need some extensive explanation for both disassembly and reassembly. On other tutorials, I discuss options for paint, powder-coatings, zinc plating and chrome plating, but do not explain "how to" on these processes! Tutorials conclude showing reassembly of everything, explanation of any adjustments or technical issues as we finish up with a completely restored vendor!

Interested in any and all input to create a better resource for others to enjoy!

Thank you for your time!  Jim Beschen

I wish I had something to contribute for you but I know nothing about the Mills 45. I can speak to your Cavalier 72 DVD as I bought one and don't even have the machine yet. I guess I was forward planning on my part. The DVD was very insightful and full of useful information. Looking forward to hopefully seeing your 81 DVD produced. Best of luck on some great input on the Mills 45. Thank you very much for your added value, enthusiasm and willingness to help others in the hobby!
