Vendo 39 serial number bizarre

Hello,

I’ve read a few place the intelligent numbering of these machines.
I’m puzzle because my serial number do not match well.

Any ideas if this is normal.
It look like a 1950 without manufactured months

All the serial number documentation you have read applies to American made vendors; your machine was manufactured in Canada and this does not apply.
