I have a Vendo63 with a Vt25 deck. Does anyone recommend a refrigeration service technician in the Kansas City area? Thanks for your help.

This machine can probably be had for $100.00. That's much less than any refrigeration repair shop will charge.
Compressors can be switched in less than an hour.
