So conversion kits included embossing? Not so fast... I think we have a Frankenstein on the loose!

The description is way too wordy and don't care enough about this to read it, however, the embossing is definitely from a VMC Pepsi 81. I'm hoping someone didn't butcher that machine to make this.  darn

Not all of the embossing would be from a VMC 81.  The "Ice Cold" would have come from a Vendo 39.  Did you notice that the louver pattern on the left side is different than the pattern on the right side?  The triangular-shaped Pepsi sign thing is just weird.

A c 81 did not get cut up. The embossing is fiberglass and he had been doing this for years. Machine started life as a Jacobs 50. He used Vendo 56 parts. It’s neat for sure!

Is this not our friend in Granite Falls.  I know the location says Rutherford College, but it is only 10 miles away.

While I doubt Selectivend produced just 1 multivend conversion for this Jacobs, I really must give credit to the person who built this machine.
It is very stylish, but I agree the triangle makes the front door look a little too busy.
I think using a smaller Vendo 39 coin door would make it look even better, it's electric so the linkage to the bottle stack isn't hooked up anyways.
Still, it took quite an imagination and a lot of time to build so I hope he sells it!  happydrinkers

Some fantasy machines are cool but let's not try to reinvent the wheel.

This is a thumbs down from me. Especially when I see asking price.
