1950s Pepsi VMC 81 Embossed Soda Machine

This machine is very straight and a perfect candidate for a restoration. I bought it and was planning to restore it but I am going a different route now. Since I have owned it, I haven't plugged it in as you can see someone messed with the compressor.

If you'd like to see anymore pictures or have questions, feel free to reach out.

$3400 OBO

biggrin I'm not knocking' it, but I really like that water valve spliced into the suction line coming from the evaporator, and with compression fittings no less.... ( I guess they figured since it's a compressor this was the required fitting?)

Yeah, that compressor's gonna need a little fixin'   too funny... tounge

Please, Don't plug it in... wow  that custom wiring & splice box/condensate tray,, plus it has a handy-dandy light switch, this wiring may look scary.

But you decide... oh

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
