I'm not sure what model coin mech you have there but do the colored connectors unplug? And are they labeled with price denominations as it looks as they might be...

Have you attempted to change these jumpers if they can be removed and plugged in to different positions...?

Looking a little closer... can you try and remove the "white" wire plugged into what appears to be the .50 mark and plug it into the .10 mark...

I'm not sure where you got that number from...
To change the pricing on most electronic coin mechs (early versions), remove the slug rejector and locate 4 little dip switches.
If my memory serves me, they are priced accordingly:

1. .05
2. .10
3. .20
4. .40

1. being the first switch on the left. There are couple versions of these switches so I'm not sure which you have but up is on.
Ex. Putting up SW 1. and down with 2., 3., 4. would be 5 cent vending
Ex. Putting up SW 1. & 3. and down with 2. & 4. would be 25 cent vending

Hope this helps...'<img'>
