Thanks for the compliments everyone!
If anyone has ANY direction for locating/obtaining large diameter cam style locks, please forward any any information.  Mills utilizes a 7/8" dia.by 3/8" barrel length which differs from the standard 3/4" locks so prevalent today.
Working on getting the Rowe lighting working; eager to see this illuminated!

You could try austinhardware.com.  More than likely they will have what you need plus they will probably have other things you may need to.
