I have been trying to figure out a way to "Wind" the hinge springs on the bottle door of my V-81  little tighter... I'ts a bear to wind them and was wondering if there are any tips on a good (Easier) way to do this?

John - I don't know how the springs work on your machine but take a look at this thread and see if it helps.

Thanks for the tips. I"ve tried the brute force method as well and twisted it a few times around but still doesn't seem like enough tension to pull the door completely closed against the gasket, and I can see light coming through the gap from the bottle door light... I want to get it a bit tighter so i'll have to try again.  Thanks
