Does anyone know why the VMC square dimple on some (very very few) 33's is at the upper left corner rather than down below?
I know some 33's don't even have the dimple... but I cant figure out why mine has it up top? (I cant find a picture of mine, and the machine is in the shed lol)

I think they were moved to the top left on later production models, but either way they look horrible there. Throws off the entire machine plus it's just a dumb place to put it. Damn Dimple!

Top left is early production, they also had a VMC porcelain emblem instead of the Decal.

I got ahold
of one of those porcelain emblems a while back and had it chrome plated and put it on the bottom dimple of a VMC 33 split door I restored into a fantasy OC a few years back. That is the only positive that came out of the top left sided dimple.
