I have a freezer on top refrigerator in my kitchen.  Earlier this week, I noticed that the freezer was staying cold, but the refrigerator section was only getting down to about 53 degrees F.  It turned out that the fan motor in the freezer section that circulates the air for the whole unit had gone bad and wasn't working.  I wasn't going to be able to get a new fan motor for another two days, so what to do?  It was too warm to just put everything in picnic coolers outside.  Luckily, we have a deep freezer in our basement so I transferred the freezer stuff down there.  For the refrigerator section, I was able to transfer everything to my Vendo 39 and Cavalier 72 Coke machines.  I got the new motor yesterday and now I'm back in business.

Those "old" coke machines will outlast any new modern refrigerator hands down.

No kidding.  My Vendo 39 is 67 years old and my Cavalier 72 is around 50 years old.

1) Glad to hear all is back to normal 2) Thank you for providing support to show our significant others as to why we collect what we collect Smiley
