Is the rest of the cooling compartment cold, and is the compressor cycling on an off?  If so it may be overfilled with freon.

1: bad thermostat not shutting off compressor

2: overcharge system (too much freon)

3: evaporator lines are broken loose from sides of liner, this would also cause a warmer that expected tank temperature ( IE; not cold enough inside) and a longer compressor run-time because themostat sees box as too warm & calls for compressor more often or runs it longer.

4: thermostats capillary sensing end isn't in good contact with tank wall, again causing long run times or never shutting off

5: wrong thermostat for application

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
