I bought a lid from a standard to add one of the sides to my Jr. Without attaching it yet, the lid doesn't fit properly due to the refrigeration line and shield that comes in the top. Different hinge's also. Ice versions are the folding hinge's. Refrig versions are the dowel type where the cylinder slides over it. I put pics up to help describe.

I never really compared the lids between ice & electric coolers...

wonder if the original lid had a notch in it.. same size lids... A friend has a electric standard but it doesn't have the guard anymore and again same lids
(2 junior sized lids) but there is nothing in the way that keeps the lid from sitting all the way into the cooler and the lids are original but have no notches.
Gotta be someone here that has a standard or junior with a compressor and line guard running up the side... anyone?

Not sure if it helps, but here's a photo of an old Westy standard that I had a while back.  The lines went through a cut out in the top edge and liner, and under the rubber seal.  I might still have the line cover in a box if you're interested in converting to this style.

the lids would sit flush on that... wouldn't need a notch... so wonder what the deal is on the junior... these new juniors are
electric anyone see how the line goes in on those?

Also discovered the lid hinges don't work on the Jr.
