I wasn't really looking for them, they just all popped up at the same time.  Added a few siblings to the Dr. Pepper.

But I have a question on the RC Cola one.  Someone painted the sides of this machine and painted right over the "NEHI Beverages" logos on both sides.  You can still see the outline of the logos when you look at it at an angle.  I would just purchase some vinyl reproductions and stick them on there but there do not seem to be any to be found.  I am not sure what kind of paint was used, it is not professional but would fool you until you took a closer look.  Should I even attempt to remove the paint and restore the original logos?  I've seen some people use graffiti remover to restore original paint on arcade machines.  I was really bummed that the side art was ruined and I really want it to say "NEHI Beverages" one way or another.

Can't help on the paint remover.  I would use decals if you could find any.

Nice collection.

Congrats on the new ones.

I feel like the 7 up one was a target for vandalizers Smiley

Nah, I just had to take the lock to the locksmith to get a key made for it.  :-)  However it does have some pretty good dents in the side and is in the worst cosmetic condition of the 3.

All can punchers. Very nice. Graffiti remover should work fine. Get the type for the paint. Don't let it sit very long. Use it on drums all the time.

Cool finds, I'm really glad to see someone give punch buttons some more love. I understand why they are not as widely collected as the slant shelf vendors.

When I first set about collecting machines, I wanted a punch-button. I never realized the manufacturers were so cavalier about running house current all around the selection system. I'm not familiar enough with electricity to work on one like that, and man are they heavy.

They do still have a place in soda machine history, and these are particularly nice early examples.
