Could you share with us how you attached the lines back on the tub liner?

 I used 3M Panel bond 08115. We use it in the body shop. Grind paint off liner at attachment points.  Then apply this to the bare metal.Smear it around to cover all bare metal . The down side to this stuff is a long cure time but its forever once cured.
