I believe everything was close to $400. That was for all the parts and shipping.

I'm really late in getting to this but for what it worth, I use a place in Dallas GA.  This is just for future reference  but it DallasPlating@Bellsouth.net
109 Old Cartersville Rd. Dallas, GA 30132.  Not cheap but his work has been good.  I always include the return postage and packing so all he has to do is put it together and ship it.  He is pretty responsive too.
