Are these the same size as the CSS/USS signs?  Just a shot in the dark

Yes, please let us know if you find a source for these.  The CS-64 signs are about 1 inch too short in height.  I have been looking for a lighted or non-lighted sign for 3 years.

 darn darn

I would buy that steel sign from him outright if he would sell it.  Mine is all rusted out.  I was going to try to re-create it with vinyl decals but I'd rather have an original.

I can ask if he'd part with it separately for you ,

he also needs a replacement vending motor, his is only working intermittently,  he'd like to get the entire lower vending rack as a unit as it would be easier for him to reinstall, I've only repaired his compressor & coinmech on his machine & he's wanting to tackle the other issues himself to keep the cost down ( I'm cheap labor, but not free  tounge, also the reason I'm not making a sign for him. )  he wants to put it to work vending in his vintage style barber shop he's setting up, along with some vintage Koken barber chairs & such. ( yes, he's a real barber)

so let me know via PM if you have either the light-up marquee or the vending motor/lower rack assembly, he will exchange his lower rack with the motor assy.  for the replacement & cover shipment both ways of course.
