Howdy all,
I have now relocated from the sunny, warm, and muggy shores of Pensacola to the frigid (but gorgeous) Brunswick, Maine area. Just waiting on my furniture to catch up!!  :'>
At least I'll be able to run the machines and not have to worry about the compressors kicking on anytime soon!!
I picked up a Vendo 63 and and a Cavalier 64G on the way up (gotta love mini-vans) and I'm not familiar with these models. How does one change out the sign lamps in these models?
Also, on the Cavalier, none of the other lamps appear to be working and I noticed that the wiring schematic on the door shows that a switch located in the bottle compartment appears to be the common connection point for power getting to all of the lamps (sign, bottle port, "have a coke", "correct change") and I've looked all over the bottle compartment but can't find this illusive switch. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Eric,
On the Vendo 63 to change the marquee bulb there is two screws on the upper right edge when you open the main door where you fill the machine with soda. Take these out and the sign pivits out towards you with two pins on the other side.
The light switch is usually located either where you plug in the coin mech., or near the top of the soda dispenser door on the in side.

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a try as soon as I get done with Easter Bunny duties.
Today I discovered an Easter Bunny gift to me of sorts. I finally got some time to open up the Cavalier 64G and play around in it, check wiring, compressor, linkages, etc. and noticed the COINCO coin changer nickel tubes were both full. I remember the guy I bought it from telling me he thought there was still some change in it and I could have whatever was in the machine. I didn't think much of the comment, just wanted to get it loaded and get on the road. So I see the full changer and figured that was it. Nope. I pulled the coin box and discovered it full. After the final count (not including the nickel tubes) I had $50.07 (two pennies found their way into the coin box). God is not only good, but apparently likes Coke (well.....He liked me on that particular day anyway)  '>

Sounds like you made it through your PCS/Move fine, that's good to hear! Brunswick is a pretty place, a little "chilly" in the winter, but none the less a nice place. I remember having to go out there on travel to fix a P-3C in Mid-February and it was -21 on the tarmac and the aircraft had no heat!
Anyways, glad your move went well and have a Happy Easter!
