grabbed this today local, missing all vending parts and coin mech, doh, anybody know how to take out those fastenters? not sure what they are called but they have a smooth round inside, nothing to grab...

Appears to be riveted... Use a small drill bit, 1/8", and drill each one until you see the rivet come apart...
