I had my buddies Glen and James restore my 56 a couple of months ago and I finally got to installing a LED light for the bottle boor. It's a 5 minute install and a $30 investment.

Lowes has this LED flexible light kit. It comes with 2 - 18" self sticking light strips that are very thin. The 2 connect together if you want 36" which I did. It just sticks on the door liner around the opening as there is a indentation there so the main door will still close. If I was using the machine I would tap the power cord into the machine but seems how I am only displaying my machine I'm using the power source that came with the light.

and it does show where the bottle door is not tight up against the seal with the light showing through.. so shows you where you can make adjustments to help seal it up. NICE!!!
