Convert V81 from the wheels to foot pegs

Can anyone tell me what the degree of difficulty is to convert Vendo 81's that have the bars with wheels under them to adjustable floor pegs? Thanks!

There is a threaded insert that the legs bolts screw into if you are just switching then out just match the new leg levelers with the correct size bolt.

If the threads inserts are rusted out than you will have to take the whole insert out and install new ones!
