What are the voltages coming from the harness on a slider? The condensing unit, (110V), thermostat ?, interior circulation fan ?

I have 2 replacement harnesses and both have different voltages coming out of it.

Thanks

Should be 120 volts. What is the volt difference between the (2) harnesses?

How do you test the tstat? Should you see a resistance in ohms on the tstat posts while turning the dial?
