Looks like its been repainted. There are paint drips on bottom kickplate.

If I'm not mistaken, weren't all the small script embossed machines all red and the large two tone originally? At least that is the way that I have seen them.

        Good observation Chris. Vendo used real stainless to divide the red and white. This one has silver tape.

Yep - good eye.  My 80 is the small-script, all red.  It was repainted long ago but its still all red.  The red/white probably appeals to a large audience, but I like the original all-red.

I've got one of each. The all red has the small script and the two tone with the stainless has the larger script.
