Just picked this up and need a couple of things for it. Does anyone know where I can get a set of keys and the crank handles?

Sweet machine.  Try eBay for parts or maybe a parts machine. Could try Roger at crowrivertrading.com. Far as the locks, you're probably better off drilling and replacing.
