Can anyone tell me if a glass door off another machine will fit my Vendo 56 round top. I have (2) with the foil on the front, and would like to find a glass door for one at least. Wasn't sure if a later model or a square top out there had the same door. Thanks!

Not that I know of. You can cut the existing door. Just search the site. Topic has come up several times.

Transitional square top 56 with the large external coin door will work. There was a glass door on ebay last week for $50, It was on my watch list but the seller ended the auction early.

Leonard and were watching it too, as Leonard needs one.  In retrospect, I should have emailed the seller and tried to close the deal like the other guy did.

Although I have never done it why don't you guys just cut your existing door and add the glass? I heard it is not that difficult.

I'd sell this original 56 glass door frame.

Any luck third time is the charm on a reply. Original glass door pics attached. Not just a simple matter of cutting out the metal. First door insert is glass, middle is glass with vent hole. Inner on mine is plexi. Complex channel bits and gasket. Real ones are hard to find. Spendy as well. Sorry mine is not for sale.

Problem with cutting one or the repo stamped skin is you are missing the parts to make it a working glass door. Not to worry search old threads and you will find everything needed. If not just ask.
