I am having a surprisingly difficult time locating the stick on wiring diagram that is located on the back wall of the coin mechanism area. This is right next to where the black knob is that opens the front. No part number is listed in the manual and it is not shown. None of the usual suspects have it. Any advice of photos would be appreciated

I have a pic from my VMC27A, which is damaged. Also another pic I got somewhere (low pixels).
Soda Jerk Works sells the 27A decal, but I didn't see a 33-3D decal. In the 33 manual, I can see it pictured in an illustration of the coin mechanism area; however, it does not have a part number ID'd it as you stated.

You may have to redraw it... I Have done that on a few machines that I could not find diagrams so I drew it on the computer and printed it out.

I would bet the farm that it is!
The electrical diagram in the 33-3D manual is almost identical to diagram on the VMC-27 decal. For that matter, I bet both decals are very much alike.
