FYI all 81's have 9 shelves. 9 shelves, 9 bottles per shelf, 9x9 = 81. The model number.

Can the compressor unit be removed with out braking the system on and looseing the Freon.  Thanks again

Yes, take all the screws out of it and slide it out as a unit. Build something to put it on so you don't kink an lines.

Also, first remove the kick plate. Compressor will be close to impossible to remove  unless it is removed first.

Spray all of the screws you will be removing with PBlaster. Tap lightly with a small hammer to help loosen. Let soak.
May run across some odd screw heads. If so, whilst the screws are soaking head to Harbor Freight grab the Universal Security screw head kit.

If you are just moving the machine a sort distance I would pull the rack. Pack the area around the compressor with bubble wrap and transport upright.
