Quikold Standard Swirl

Although I wasn't able to go to the Chicago show this weekend, I was able to score this cooler from Ebay (only one other bidder and I got it for 102.50... I think I did ok on it)

Picked it up today, and just added it to the collection lol

Still learning on the all the quikolds that were made, but I think this one is a seldom seen version with the Pepsi Swirl on the front, and non embossed sides (instead of the typical Quikold embossed sides of ICE COLD etc....

It's been a quikold year for me that's for sure!

Nice buy, definitely a rare one, the lids alone are worth that price! Did they come with the cooler? Or extras you had lying around?

No... it didn't come with the lids... I took that off a Pepsi Quikold just to have it for the picture.

I still think for a 100 bucks plus a nice drive by myself to pick it up is a good deal.... now comes the part of getting it restored lol
