Daylight savings time & soda clocks

What is best...unplug my clocks for 11 hours or turn back an hour? I thought I heard somewhere that its
not good for the clock to turn it back. Supposed to be OK to turn fore ward, tho.

Couldn't you just turn it forward for 11 hours?

I've turned clocks back without issues. If you feel resistance on the hand, stop
