This rack has a lot of sentimental value as it came out of my Grandparents country store after my Grandmother passed. They lived in a very small town (75 people) and had what I like to call the worlds 1st convenience store as they had gas, a post office, a meat slicer and fresh meat and produce, and anything associated with living in the 40s and being miles away from a town that offered more conveniences. My Grandmother retired from the post office in the mid 70s and store closed shortly after. I remember they had a large Coke cooler that I used to get "chocolate" sodas (don't remember the brand) from when I was very young. The cooler was gone
by the time I got the chance to look around after she passed but got the rack and a few misc hand tools that my Grandpa had. Oh and an old vice that I would love to restore one day.
