Where is the downloads section on this site?

I've heard a 'downloads' section mentioned a few times but I can't seem to find it anywhere.  JohnieG told me that it contains some wiring diagrams I need, but I don't see a link to the section anywhere.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

OK, so logging in explains it....but I try to login with my forum user/pass and get rejected.  Do I need to create a second account there?
