Vendo 90 :How to determine when unit was built

I have a Vendo 90. I would like you know what year it was built. Any way to determine the build year?

I don't think there is any way to pin down exactly when the build year was on most models.  There isn't a good schema to the serial numbers, or maybe there is but the old factory folks ain't talkin'.
