I picked this up today for 15 bucks not knowing what it is. I'm assuming it is a milk can. If it is it's the 1st I have handled as I have not paid much attention to them in the past. It does say progress manufacturing on a tag. What's the value?

I snapped a pic of it next to my Dr Pepper picnic cooler to help gauge the size.

It is a milk can. The handle on the lid maybe a repair job.
